This is a note of thanks and appreciation for your company. We had to replace our water heater in August. I was not happy with how this new one worked. The water did not stay hot very long. You came out once and adjusted the temperature. That did not fix the problem. You came out on Tuesday. There was nothing apparently wrong, but the worker called the boss to see what he should do. I was beginning to think that maybe that is the way new water heaters were supposed to work. The boss told the worker to take it apart, which he did. He found that the hot and cold were switched around (I’m not sure of the technicalities of it) and the worker who installed it had made a mistake. Since then, our water heater works great. The problem was solved and I want to thank your company for not giving up. I will definitely patronize Mayers again and will recommend it.

“This is to inform you that I was very pleased with the customer service your technicians, Roger and Kevin, demonstrated today. They made several repairs, including bringing our home up to code by installing an expansion tank which a previous plumber never told us we needed. They came back, later in the day, when we had a problem with water pressure. While there, they noticed a leak and came to discover a serious problem with one of the pipes. If they hadn’t caught it, we would have had some serious water problems. Roger and Kevin were so professional and took the time to explain the problem and what they were doing to me, a person with absolutely no knowledge of plumbing.
I was very pleased with Mayer Plumbing. I will not hesitate to call them again, as well as, refer friends who are requiring plumbing or heating repairs.”

“We woke up to our expansion tank spraying water all over the basement. We were referred to Mayer Plumbing and they not only could come out in the same day they had all the parts needed to handle our job. Within 5 hours of calling for help our new hot water tank was replaced and completed. It was wonderful working with them. They ended coming out a week later to replace some copper piping that was installed wrong by the previous owner of our home. We are also looking to gut and replace our master bath and they will be the first ones we call.”

“Repair person showed up at the exact time he said. Very knowledgeable, very polite. We had a garbage disposal that was leaking. He replaced it quickly and efficiently. He drained our sludge-filled hot water tank for no charge…since he was here (they had installed it a couple years ago). Would highly recommend them.”
